Deposit Policy

A 50% deposit is required to secure day or days requested for guide trips. All Deposits are non-refundable unless you cancel more than 30 days in advance of your trip. At that time 50% of your deposit will be returned to you with 50% kept to cover book keeping expenses. Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance of your trip will receive no refund of deposit. We will apply deposit money for cancelled trips to future booked dates for the same year if requested.
