Recommended Equipment
Curious about how to prepare for your exciting fishing adventure? Please see below for what is included in your trip and what you’ll be responsible for bringing. What’s Included
The guides will provide fly rods, flies, and leaders. You are encouraged to bring your favorite rods as well. There is room in the boat for a total of size rods.
You will also be provided a stream-side lunch with water. You’re free to add any items you wish to the boat cooler such as favorite drinks or special dietary foods.
What You Should Bring
You are responsible for bringing a hooded rain jacket (which may come in handy during an unexpected summer storm), sunglasses, and a Montana fishing license. You can obtain a license online at https://www.takemefishing.org/. Be sure to capture a screen shot as FWP allows this as proof of license.
Clothing choice is completely up to you but remember that you will be in the boat for a full day of fishing so comfortable shoes or sandles are recommended. Montana can be quite cool in the mornings and warm in the afternoon so layers are key.
